PIH Health’s culture is built around our core values, which are the guiding principles for everything we do. For over 60 years, PIH Health has maintained a sense of community and a family-like culture where patients are the top priority, and employees and volunteers are proud to be affiliated with such an outstanding organization.
PIH Health is also a culture of continual learning and growing. Employees are encouraged to take advantage of learning opportunities through our very own PIH Health University or through those that present themselves on the job in stretch assignments and committee work. Our generous tuition reimbursement program also allows employees to participate in academic achievement at formal educational institutions.
